Lucy joined the Public Law team at Gold Jennings as a trainee solicitor in June 2024. Before Gold Jennings, Lucy worked as a caseworker at Duncan Lewis in the Public Law department. She worked on a variety of claims including challenges to the conditions for granting leave to remain for survivors of trafficking and the use of unregulated childcare placements for looked after children.
Lucy graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2023 with a LLB (Hons) in Law. During her time at Cambridge, she led student campaigns with Amnesty International for the freedom of political prisoners. She also took on voluntary writing and research positions including into the death penalty and the use of out of court disposals for drug offences.
