Elspeth joined the Public Law team at Gold Jennings as a trainee solicitor in July 2026. Before joining Gold Jennings, Elspeth spent 7 years at the immigration detention charity Medical Justice, leading its parliamentary advocacy work. She has held a range of other advocacy-focused roles, including at the Migrants’ Rights Network, and the Law Society and England Wales.

Elspeth holds an MA Law (distinction) from the University of Law. She is currently studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam.
