Ben joined the Claims Against Public Authorities (CAPA) team at Gold Jennings as a trainee solicitor in March 2025. Before Gold Jennings, Ben worked at the British Red Cross in the Young Refugee Services where he provided casework and advocacy support to young people going through the asylum process, age assessments, and accessing leaving care support.
Ben studied politics at Manchester Metropolitan University and graduated with first class honours in 2018 before studying at the University of Glasgow and graduating in 2020 with a Distinction MSc (Hons) Human Rights and International Politics. He is currently studying the GDL.
