Parishma joined the Public Law Team as a trainee solicitor in May 2026. Before joining Gold Jennings, Parishma worked in Haringey Migrant Support Centre’s immigration team as a caseworker, assisting families and vulnerable individuals on a wide range of immigration matters.
They also gained experience in several campaigns, research, and casework roles. They were the casework and campaigns coordinator of SOAS Detainee Support and volunteered as a researcher for grassroots groups on various subjects including supply chain analysis of raw materials from occupied territories, tax evasion by a multinational pharmaceutical company and local authority procurement practices.
