  • Refusals to accommodate children under section 20 of the Children Act 1989/ withdrawal of section 20 Children Act 1989 accommodation.
  • Accommodation/ care status for homeless 16/17-year-olds
  • Issues arising from child criminal exploitation and human trafficking/ modern slavery
  • Impact on children of their parent’s immigration position/ lack of recourse to public funds.

 

We often provide advice and deliver training to charities and voluntary groups working in this area.
