Legal Practice Manager – Legal Aid

Location Hybrid role (EC1-Farringdon/ home).  

Full time 

Start date – As soon as possible. 

Salary – in the region of £60,000 to £65,000 dependant on experience.

 The Role 

We are looking for a Legal Practice Manager to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our expanding firm.  

The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s Directors, have responsibilities for areas that include financial health, compliance, marketing and HR, and therefore play a leading role in the firm’s continuing growth.  

The position is for ambitious candidates who are/ have already been Legal Practice Managers or are qualified lawyers with significant management and departmental leadership experience and can meet the person specification. The candidate needs to have worked in legal aid practice.  

The role presents an exciting opportunity for longer term career progression to director level for the right candidate.

We provide flexible-working to qualified fee earners and senior management to support life/work balance and a family-friendly environment. That includes flexible working days with core hours of 11am to 3pm; compressed hours of 14 days at 7.5 hours/1 day off per 3 weeks (if desired); TOIL; and hybrid office/ work from home.
